Common questions

Which level should I choose?

Use your club-assigned level and the levels listed for the event. Club levels and DUPR ratings are different systems. If you have not been rated, ask your club for an assessment before choosing a division.

Can I join without a partner?

Ladder is a good place to start because partners rotate. For a Partner or Teams league, ask staff about matching before you register; placement depends on availability.

How much time should I allow?

Check the days and start/end times on your league listing. Arrive a few minutes before play begins so the group can start together.

How are the formats different?

Ladder rotates partners and tracks individual performance. Partners keeps a pair together. Teams organizes play around a larger squad and its published lineup rules.

What if I need to miss a session?

Tell your club as early as possible and follow its attendance process. Ask whether a substitute is required and whether the absence affects standings or playoff eligibility.

What if I forget to confirm attendance?

Contact staff promptly. Your club sets confirmation deadlines and any no-show consequences. This portal does not currently send automatic RSVP reminders or track attendance strikes.

What if my partner cannot play?

Ask staff to approve a substitute before the session. Confirm the substitute’s level, fees, and whether results will count. Replacing both players may be treated differently from replacing one.

Does missing a ladder session hurt my ranking?

A percentage-based ranking does not add a loss just because you sit out, but minimum attendance and playoff eligibility can still apply. Confirm your league’s rules with staff.

What does a combined level cap mean?

Add together the club levels of the required players. The total must not exceed the cap published for that event. A cap applies only when the league explicitly uses one.

Are playoffs and DUPR included?

Your event’s published rules determine its finale and DUPR reporting. Check before signing up; neither is automatically included with every listing.

Pricing and registration

Each listing displays its member and non-member prices and whether the fee is one-time or weekly. Open the league for details and use its official registration link. Check what is included, any substitute charges, and the cancellation terms before paying. Saving a league is a bookmark and does not reserve a place.
